Hi.

What waist size would it be for a size 40 suit?

Thanks for any help.

EDIT:

Sorry this thread was so bad. I was late for work and an item on ebay was ending so I needed to find out quickly while getting dressed at the same time.

Thanks guys for your help.

My waist is too big so I left it.

I have a size 40 suit, fit me perfectly (at the time, I've lost weight now) and then I was somewhere between a 30-32 inch waist.

HTH. Thumbs Up.

Hi, i've just got a pair of RST Trousers, was a UK Size 46 (or so it say's) - i'm a 40" waist, and these seem about spot on..

tried looking into all the different size guides etc, and most said that a European 50 suits uk 40" waist - which was fine, until i went to buy some and they we're "continental size 51" - which again, confused the t1ts off me...

all in all, who knows! (someone on BCF will correct me, and prove to the world i'm a bafoon, no doubt!)
