It seems harsh to call something spam, but that site, looks like it was just finished this afternoon. There is nothing on it, as no one is using it, and the webmaster hasnt put any content on, and is just waiting for people to spontaneously appear.

No reason for anyone to look at it.

I think the webmaster should put some stuff on there, even if its just links to other sites, otherwise there is no reason at all to go there.

I take some of it back, I've found that on the map, there are some links that work from clicking on regions.

They link to someone elses map that has been created in google maps, that I have seen elsewhere.

But as a lot of the links dont work, and you cant access the whole map, its worse than the original.
