Hey folks, I have been offered 2 pairs of tickets for the forthcoming NEC Motorcycle Show to give as a competition prize on Bikechatter and thought I would extend the courtesy to you as I normally do with prizes.

Also, are any of you from here going on Press preview day? If so give me a shout and we can meet up with a coffee if you like. Got a ride down from Sheffield for the preview then back again on either the saturday or sunday with the wife in the car..

i'm actually quite tempted to do this this year  but the two hr drive and lack of luggage space on the ktm puts me off.
also as i've been typing this the ticket factory website appears to have crapped out.

This year Honda, Harley and Buell won't be there. Are there any other manufacturers not bothering to turn up in 2009?
(BTW - I went to the NEC last year but wasn't overly impressed. Same stuff as when I went two years prior to that.)

well for me I have never been before so I dont have a benchmark from previous years. I have an awful lot of face time to put in with the companies who I deal with via bikechatter so they have a face to put to the endless emails and phonecalls they get

I went last year. I'd go again if I had an empty car boot and full wallet.
The main thing that pissed me off last year was a mate I went with winning a Suzuki with extras.   I knew I should have entered the draw. |
