CG 125 Puncture

Woke up this morning for work and guess what? Flat rear tyre.
Anyone know of good puncture repairs in west london area?

Depending on the size of the hole and where it is on the tire you could probably get a kit to do it yourself.

Just have a look in Yellow Pages for your local tyre fitters and ring around. Having said that, they're sometimes a bit cheaper if you just turn up with the wheel and tube. If you show up with oily hands and a desperate look they may take pity on you. To give you an idea of cost, I pay my local bike shop a fiver a time to remove/replace a tyre. That's probably a bit cheaper than usual tho, a tenner is probably about right. I'd deffo pick up the tube yerself first Wink

By all means have a go at doing it yourself, you'll need some good levers though, (preferably 3), and watch you don't pinch the innertube Idea

https://www.universal-tyres.co.uk - give these guys a ring, they have centres all over the place and did a grand job on my back tubed tyre when I got a puncture. I remember it costing about £10 including a new tube. They have the special machine which is really bloody fast too. They will charge more if they have to take the back wheel off for you, and I believe they do call outs too. Phone first to check they have the right size tube in stock. Thumbs Up

Next time i can give them a call for a quote. Might just save some money.
Although I had to take my whole bike to Bill Bunn and they did everything to remove the tyre etc.
