hi , i have fitted the new pit bike exhaust sounds great but i have no throttle action and it also sounds like its constantly sucking from the airfilter and every now and then it spits a cloud of smoke out of the airfilter. never had this problem before im gussing its down to the fuel and air mixture though any help why its doing this guys ?

Did you upjet the carb? Having a less restrictive exhaust and intake is all very well but unless you've upjetted your bike will now be running seriously lean.

With standard airbox and pit bike pipe it'll run okay. Mate of mine with a 90 using the same combination held it flat out only stopping for fuel, for 7 hours and it was fine.

No i dident but i have another mikumi carb ( 26mm ) but i need a new inlet manifold i think and a bigger space ( between the inlet maifold and the carb ) so i cant fit it yet :S but as their the same carb manufactor can i swap the jets over to the c70 carb or could i drill the jets out or do u know where i can get the rite size jet ?

garth what do u suggest i do to my c70 to make it realy quick acceraltion , i dont care bout top speed to much ?

Go one tooth down on the front sprocket. Count the teeth on the one you have already, I may have one you can have for the postage.
