Same as most electric vehicles I imagine, pretty silent. In fact they often fit a noise maker to them so there are fewer collisions with pedestrians thinking a road is clear because of a lack of a combustion engine noise.

Why not? It's a perfectly valid measure of power and comparable to what we're used to.
