I reckon if the police can hit you with a ticket for posting a wheelie on youtube then they should be able to take the license off fuck knuckles like this who simply should not be on the road.

It never ceases to amaze me the amount of people who can not park or control a car at low speeds but are still allowed to drive a freeway speeds.
