the main problem being that you have a rear drum so have that big brake lever, if you ditch the original foot pegs, you also loose your center stand,

what i would do is pull of the foot pegs and center stand, and then have a look at available mounting points, and make up a cardboard cutout and see if you can use the original brake lever,

you can do the gear lever easily with an arm and another pivot
but that brake is going to be an arse

the foot pegs are welded to a plate that bolts under the engine and the center stand is mounted between the frame at the bottom on the same pin as the brake pedal

as for the gear leaver i was just going to reverse it so it points the other way making it change up by pressing down instead

but the rear brake is a pain im concerned that that if i do it with little levers and rods there wont be the same leaverage to activate it the same i was wounder if i can use a cable instead and modify the brake plate to add an adjuster mount

i'll have to get to work with cardboard

the brake cable idea isnt a bad idea at all, nice thinking batman
you'll have to figure out what the amount of movement is required between open and fully locked on the drum, and then have an arm off the brake pedal at the right legnth to give that amount of move ment,

failing that you could have a hydrolic drum setup similar to a car, with the slave cylinder inside the drum, i dunno how easy that would be to do, or better yet change the whole rear wheel out to a bike that already has a rear disc, maybe a dirtbike rim, so you could keep the spoked wheels

great thinking on the hydraulic drum

even better idea on the convertion to disk back

but the second option might be little more expensive trying to find a wheel with the correct offset would be tricky meaning ide have to get a hub rim and get someone to lace it up for me, but that cant cost too much right?

then all ide need is a bracket to mount a calliper on off the swing arm some pipe and a master cylinder, , ,

so that cable idea lol................................

lots of dirt bikes run 18" rims, so not a major at all to do the whole wheel conversion just a matter of getting a rim that has the same axle size as your bike, the best way to figure that out is go on the parts fiche and have ook eg
for your bike (well a cb125) the bike runs a 14mm axle

and a crf250 runs a 16mm axle look at the nut size

so its just a matter of finding a bike with a rear disc withh sme size axle, approx width and preferably the standard 17" rim but a 18" wouldnt look out of place,

then make up approate spaces and your good to go
