Agree with a lot being said on their, only got down to half way because of the extend of the article.

Especially agree with making the Driving Licence test harder to improve Motorcycle Accident rates as making the Riding Test harder doesn't.

Half way to finishing my Riding Licence myself I wish they could bring the legislation sooner or not have changed it at all in April.

It gets better the further down you read. Those DSA wollahs got a bit of a grilling for not answering the question they were asked.
