Hi ive been riding a 50cc scooter for around a year and have moved up to a geared honda nsr 2000 reg, it might sound like a nooby question but can a kick start be installed on one of these bikes because it doesnt have one?

Usually newer bikes don't need the kick start, if the electric start fails, just bump start it

Nice vid. Although I will add that sometimes you'll need a little more of a run-up than is shown... a friend will help in this department!

nah, since the nsr is a single pot 2 stroke you can do it very easily, prob less run up than that even

the starter motors are known for goin on the nsr125 though, not cheap to replace either

Might be easy to bump your nsr.

with its no compression and all.....LOL

I base my experience from my time riding an NSR... and having had to do several bump-starts! Cool
