What's your favourite spacy book, or one you'd recommend to others?

I'd recommend "Carrying The Fire" by Michael Collins - Command Module Pilot of Apollo 11.

A very easy to read and entertaining insight to the American Gemini and Apollo programmes.

Carrying The Fire is excellent, in fact its one of the ones that I'll go back and re-read. Well I would if Silky ever gives my copy back.

Moondust by Andrew Smith is a very interesting book (re-reading it at the mo). Gives a great feeling of what it was like to be around at the time of the moon landings, as well as what the 9 surviving moonwalkers did with themselves afterwards (and why was it the LM pilots that all went a bit 'odd' afterwards while the commanders didn't really).
