I got an advisory for it, but in fairness there was about 5 months between applying putty and MOT, plus when painted over with HT paint it seems to crumble a bit. Still passed though. Thumbs Up

Old RS50 we puttied the exhaust, wrapped it with exhaust wrap and HT paint, no mention of it. Thumbs Up.

I used a baby's formula milk tin and some clamps to cover a big hole. The guy thought it was a specially made exhaust.

I've had a hole in my RXS pipe for years. Gun Gum and a jubilee clip has been satisfactory for the various MOT testers, as the repair is gas tight.

These hands can work magic, well when I say magic what I mean is I knew which guy that as long as a bike had a wheel at the front with another one following it passed the test.
