Is bigger better?
Not necessarily. Depends what you use the bike for.
Probably should have put this in the for sale section. |

Depends on how you use it and the stage at which your riding is at, in that 1000cc bikes let you become terribly lazy you can ride any ride out in 3rd gear and never change gear. Along with the fact that if you don't take a corner perfectly you have the grunt to accelerate quickly to make up for your mistakes.
While 600cc will be changing gears a bit more,
400cc class and below you'll be dancing and working the gears and need to hone your cornering. ____________________ Spain 2008France 2007Big one 2009 We all die. maybe it should be in the for sale but id like other peoples comments on the question... i bought the vfr because of the reviews i read and i dont want to regret a swap. love the bike but when it comes to stayin with ya mates on a ride it means screaming along at 14000rpm an forever changing gear, think im a lazy type of rider then ____________________ veilside mr2 turbo, vfr400, two dogs, monitor lizard, piranha, boa, ferrets, x-box.... then the ol woman an her cat lol. |

cheers for the help craig, you've confirmed what i expected to hear. the bike is great, i can stay with my mates 2002 sv650s almost just about lol... but the r6 an fireblade are awsome (two other mates i ride with), the blade blew me away when i had a go. well definatly need to have a good think, i really fancy a k3 gsxr6 though. well thanks all ____________________ veilside mr2 turbo, vfr400, two dogs, monitor lizard, piranha, boa, ferrets, x-box.... then the ol woman an her cat lol. |
