Not sure what I think of that beak yet though.

There's quite a lot I like about it, but that fucking beak, what are they thinking? It's hideous. Hopefully there'll be an aftermarket part that modifies the intake so it's flush with the lights.

I was thinking something a little more precise than that, but admittedly attacking it with a hacksaw would still be a big improvement.

still trying to work out which four bikes in one it's supposed to be..

back end looks like a honda cbf600, klr650 seat and fairings maybe, wheels look like they came off a peugeot speedfight and I guess the top fairing & headlights is inspired by a Honda Pan?

Yeah but you could do that on a proper Ducati ...

Extra kudos for ragging the tits off your dinky cb250 with a look on your face like your hair's on fire whilst chanting the "Must... pass... not... crash..." mantra.

I like this design than previous one. But looks like Tiger1050.
Ducati always make the engine little by little larger, and drop the resale value of previous models. I bet 1250 will debut soon.

Quite like its modern angular looks. And if its an improvement over the old one i.e lighter then it'll out-corner alot more than a CB250.
The owner reviews i've read, seem more than happy with the Stradas handling and brakes.
But the new bike looks more plasticky..is that sump guard ally?

But then the CB rider'd have to put their fag out and might need to close their flip-up lid, so hardly worth it Wink.

I think the big selling point on this is the 4 bikes in one concept.

"Utilizing four different engine modes— “Sport”, “Touring”, “Urban”, and “Enduro”— that can be changed on the fly at the touch of a button, the Multistrada is able to significantly alter its overall character via electronic adjustments to its fueling/ignition curve, ride-by-wire throttle, traction control, and with the Multistrada 1200S, even the suspension."

https://www.multistrada.ducati.com/jspmulti/concept.jsp

I can only imagine the servicing costs if this goes t*ts up.

Still waiting to see one with crash bars, hard luggage and a sat nav. The ginger bloke from Eurosport says it has traction control too so expect to see some crashed ones. Its a perfect tool to get bankers to work.

Not if Charlie McGregor and Ewan Boorman haven't endorsed it, it isn't.
