Hi all. Thinking about buying nsr125 and riding on cbt then doing restricted test, or doing das and getting cbr400. Have ridden friends cbr600f quite abit, and having being driving for 5 years and just passed class2 hgv, so have good knowledge of the road. Whats the best option? All ideas much appreciated.

Go straight in for your DAS would be the best option just hire there bike. A CBR400 (NC23 OR NC29) are great bikes as first bikes on the road but there need to be revved alot and are more like a two stroke than a four stroke. You need to choice it for yourself nobody else.

Why not just buy a CBR600?

CBR400's are nice... but most of them are ragged to shit by younger riders on restricted licenses.
