This guy is a German Pro Arm Wrestling Champion.

Its asymettric exercise, Englishmen used to be all like that before 1500 before guns came into existance as they all by law had to practice longbow which made their arms asymetric. Skeletons dug up from the 1300s have thicker arm bones on one side.

You don't really see much of a break, just looks like their arms twitching. I didn't have the sound on though so there might be some cracking or something....

He still claims he is un-defeated and now that it has titanium plates it's stronger! When it happened he thought he had dislocated it so tried pulling it back into place then noticed a bit of bone sticking through the skin Sick
