not getting on...

with my mother.

For a long time this has been coming and has finally erupted, I can't abide my mother. She only thinks of me and not my brother sister. Been the youngest I know that it is most likely the reason, but I just can't take it anymore.

Throughout my life it has always been me first, she would even try stick up for me even when it was blaitently my fault and I knew I should be punished, leading to many arguements with my dad and numerous falling out with my fellow siblings.

Case example.

Every morning I have a bath run for me, then woken up, whilst i'm in the bath a coffee is made and my bag packed for work. Then the moment she here's my bike the kettle is on for another coffee. I'm constantly getting grief off shaun and lynz for this.

I have tried to tell her to stop it on numous occasions, but this only lasts for a day or 2 then it is back to how it was. Most people I talk to about this say that they would kill for that and then take the p1ss calling me lazy and a mummy's boy yet the fact is I really am not. I want to lead my own life whilst still been under the same roof.

I can't even enjoy a night out with multiple texts and phone calls asking if i'm all right and if she did anything wrong to why I went out.

Now don't get me wrong I do love my mother for how she brought me up dispite all her problems, but enough is enough, I can't be in the same room as her currently let alone hold a decent convosation with her.

What can I do?

I',m the youngest of three, albeit much older than you, it has taken me years of reiterating my independence, and nowadays i can even wank myself off on my own ... I do miss that interaction mind ...

On a serious note, you have possible bi polar whilst giving people your time and effort to a fault, maybe your mum feels as you don't put yourself first enough as of yet, then therefore she feels the need to ...

Im in the opposite position to you - the eldest of 4. I have a slightly younger brother and 2 younger sisters.
My sisters (and their kids) are the apple of my mothers eye.

I (and my kids) dont get a look in.
I could rumble on and moan about it all day on here, but im tired of giving a fuck tbh.

All i will say is that it causes lots of arguements and bad feeling.

Use your alarm clock to wake up before she wakes you. Run your own bath (drain the water if she's already run a bath for you). Make your own coffee ignoring any that has been made for you. Pack your bag yourself whilst making it obvious that you're not impressed by people moving your stuff around.

I'm the youngest like you with two older sisters, i never had a problem with being treated differently, but just try and act more self-reliant and independant.

Get yourself out of bed every morning,
Get your ass in the shower, who has a bath in the morning??
Once you're ready then go make yourself a coffee, whilst the kettles boiling pack your bag, make your lunch the night before etc.

Prove to your mum that you don't need help because you clearly enjoy it else it wouldn't be going on still.
