Anyone know what locksmiths usually charge to unlock a mortice deadlock? dont need it replacing or new keys cut.

every locksmith charges differently some charge hourly rate and while few others charge according the work and parts required.Its upto you to decide the right one

I had locked myself out 2 years ago, got charged £35 as the locksmith was only half a mile away.

the last one i had to call out charged £50 for an hour, how long it takes depends on if it can be picked.
