I've actually seen a couple of guys (friends of a friend) who use the inserts and it does make a difference.
I'm not very tall, so when my girlfriend is wearing heels she's about half an inch taller than me. Most guys would be uncomfortable going for a girl in a club or whatever if she's taller.
When it comes to relationships I doubt any height enhancements are gonna make a difference, but for a one night stand... Might just make that small difference in your confidence
