I know these email scammers are just trying to make ends meet, but this is incredibly poor quality control. I might complain to the ombudsman. Such shoddy workmanship in my inbox, I'm almost approaching being disgusted.

The register had an article about this that they have a 1 in either 200 or 2000 hit rate, and thus it is still worthy for them to keep on scamming.

Which is some good news, in that in Korea is is now legal to get women to have sex with you on the false promise of marriage (in 2002 there was a law which set a precedent which made this illegal!).

Would it be wrong of me to say, when I worked at Fujitsu, there was an African chap on the help desk and he spoke in exactly the same way as this message is worded.
I'm absolutely not implying he is the author, but it seems very coincidental that the two Africans I met in real life (I'm joking, some of my best freinds are black no, really, I have them round to dinner parties all the time, one at a time mind...) speak in exactly the same verbose, pleonastic and prolix way?
I rather suspect it is not tribalism that has kept the dark continent back in terms of modernisation. It's just that they like to discuss things (as most thinking citizens do) so it takes them 10 times longer to come to similar conclusions as us in the developed world.
So much for having a vast and capacious vocabulary...
