I dispise this man.

Could I be the only one that can not stand his constant 90 min bell ringing?

I can't imagin sitting near this idiot during games, I can't even handle 10 mins of his bell ringing on the TV before I have to turn over or mute it.

Now dont get me wrong, I have nothing against people with mental problems, But how someone hasn't stuck that bell up his arse for him by now is amazing.

To be fair it's probably slightly less annoying listening to that git if your a Portsmouth fan than watching the actual team make an arse of themselves every week on the pitch. If you've paid a fortune for a season ticket you might as well get some entertainment from the match Smile

I have a season ticket at Fratton Park, I'm quite far away from him though so I can't hear him during the game.

Last season some new guy took over doing 'health and safety' stuff and the first thing he did was move Westwood to a little booth thing in the corner of the stand, called the 'Band Stand' which was embarrassing to look at.

The health and safety guy then moved him back to his original seat but banned the drums, bell etc. which completely ruined the atmosphere.

Now I believe that if you buy a ticket near him then you are warned about him as people were complaining.

Like I said, I can barely hear the bell in the ground, it's much louder on TV but that's probably because they stick a microphone right in front of where he sits because that's where most of the noise comes from.

I think the bloke's face to the left of the picture just about sums it all up. He always gets on the TV because he looks like such a bloody loony but I didn't realise he was ringing a bel throughout each match, what a tool.

Cheers

I had some free tickets as a friend works for Mercedes who now supply them with cars. (this is the only reason I went as it was free with free drink and food! Razz) I could hear it clear as day and I wasn't sat near him.

Someone just needs to organise handing out free airhorns to people around that guy, I suggest giving two air horns to the 50 nearest people to him, the air horns would need to be replaced as many times as necessary so it would be sensible to have a large number of them to hand. I expect that if you took a collection somewhere outside the grounds lots of people would be willing to donate money towards to cost of getting rid of that guy.

It would be important to make sure everyone using air horns or nearby has hearing protection as with enough air horns it should be possible to cause permanent hearing damage so that he'd have ringing in his ears all the time. Laughing

That man is a walking example of why euthanasia should be legalised.

I can understand getting mildly obsessional about things, but Football, Geez. And out of all the clubs he could choose, he choses Portsmouth?

I say institutionalise him now for his own good.
