The NSR barrel is quite different to the NS.
The NS (nor the NSR) can be rebored. They have plated bores. What can be done is that they are bored out a substantial amount and a liner fitted (which can be rebored). However if this has been done and then rebored you need an oversize piston. PJME might well be able to source one for you.
Also possible that someone has fitted a big bore piston kit. Not sure if anyone sold one for the NS but there were a few sold for various 125s to take them out to about 140cc using a bored out stock barrel.
