Hellooo, need some help with repainting/touching up parts of my bike. Its a CG 125, black, and ive ordered the paint, in a pot.

Thing is, the parts im repainting arn't just little stone chips, they are on the tank and rear cowl (The plastic above the brake light) and are about the size of a 5p piece. Some even bigger.

The previous owner just put electrical tape over them, but as im thinking of selling it soon i want to do a half decent job.

The tank is metal, and the rear cowl plastic btw, so not sure if i would need to paint each area in a different way.

Thanks

Hello mate,

Tbh I wouldnt bother painting up each chip individually as it will never come up right. I would sand down the panel/tank and reSPRAY (not paint with a brush). Take your time with the prep and it should come out looking ok.

Thumbs Up
