after months of sorting out my student bursary, transport fee's + student loans it has all finally come in, backdated from september.

so now i have a bit of cash and have been wanting to get an hd tv for a while, but i know nothing of hd tv's, seen some cheap ones such as tesco ones but im guessing these are not that good. any suggestions on a fairly cheapish hd tv, large size and can handle ps3 well?

this ok

I got a nice 32" from Argos's eBay site - Clearance Bargains Outlet - which sells A+ refurbished items; like new and with warranty Thumbs Up
Only £280 a year ago, not sure what their selection is like at the mo...

Also got a couple of ipods and a laptop from there, all quality stuff, not a mark on them and fully working.. Definitely a +
Also cheapish delivery.

Check out the Digital Spy forums, always found lots of helpful advice and stuff on there, and they have a Home Ent. forum.

Plus, remember that many of the big names are just brands slapped on fairly generic technology - many smaller names have near-identical hardware, but cheaper. My TV is a Bush, who I don't see as market leaders in tech, but it's been beautiful so far (viewing forums in bed, displayed on beautiful 32" screen Very Happy - VGA socket is a must)

Nick

*No, I do not work for Argos...*

Suspiciously cheap IMO.

Will wait to hear what it's like though.
