nsr exhaust

I am gonna replace the exhaust on my nsr 125 as its split,mine is a 1990 i have seen one off a 2001 on the infamous ebay are they the same,they appear to be on the photo supplied on the listing.

dont get one off ebay pal, i got one off ebay a few months back and it cracked about 5 weeks later, best to get a new one mate £125 and its gonna last a whole lot longer than ebay stuff,

I have decided to give it a go welding it up as it is split along the flange

loool be careful and use a mig, i tried it with an arc and mate was it a mess

dont be too agressive either cause they blow through like a bitch

The design of the NSR was the same from '94 until production stopped, therefore I wouldn't expect your exhaust to the same as a '01 one.

i have only got an arc welder,worth a go though if not i'll get a new one

he wrote JC20 which is NSR125R (1989-1992) the NS125R is TC01

gonna give it a go welding at the weekend,i think if i turn the amperage right down as its on the front flange before the expansion box
