1. No need to write in bold, it just makes you appear to be weird.
2. To get it running well you'd be best to get a complete service. But what's specifically wrong with it?
3. For more performance the best thing you can do is sell your 50cc ped and get a proper bike.

Drain petrol tank and re-fill
Drain 2 stroke oil tank and re-fill with GOOD oil...Castrol TTS, yes its dear but it will save you frequent rebuilds at them speeds.
New battery.
More than likely the tyres will be pretty shagged.
New spark plug and probably cap.

Then get it serviced for the last few checks and to replace anything else that may need doing.

Is something wrong with the rollers? (I might have this the wrong way round) but heavier rollers make you go faster, at a sacrifice of acceleration? Why do you want new ones?

p.s. I don't even know what rollers do.

Graduated power transmission from the engine to the rear wheel replacing the clutch fited to a manual bike.

Far be it from me to ruin fun, but if this stalker is a 50cc and the OP isnt 17 then he is ion line to lose his licence if he gets caught with it. ie: No bike when he is 17, no car etc etc...

Your risk your choice.

You do know that if your bike does 60 mph and you ride it a 60 mph flat out everywhere, your piston isn't going to last long. I had an RS50, sure it did 60mph. But I rode it at 50mph or less as I wanted to maximize the lifespan of the piston. My mate then bought it, thrashed it flat out for 2 months and then had to re-build it.
