Im crumbling guys, ill admit it... Crying or Very sad

After working some sort of contact agreement out with my ex, i had my daughter for the weekend.

The ex came down saturday morning basically in tears, her mother had been having a dig at her again and she couldn't take it.
Needless to say she was welcomed in as she always will be, shes family after all..

We got on really well, i thought things were looking up, it got later and she didnt want to go home, i offered to sleep on the sofa and give up my bed but she didnt want me to. Confused

We went to bed and obviously stuff happened... same thing sunday, she felt guilty or so she said but it didnt stop her... i explained that it meant something, that i still love her and always will and im positive she DOES feel the same way.. but she wants to see whether the grass is greener on the other side. Rolling Eyes

She wants to be with someone else, to see if it would work out, despite what happened this weekend.. and probably will happen again when we see each other.. she said she wants to be friends, but i have to ask, where should i draw the line at friends....? Question

I have a problem with the guy she wants to be with, namely the fact that the guys a major dickhead, seriously!
He claims hes 'god', is a self-confessed racist, and calls himself 'LORD'. Middle Finger
TBH hes a fuckin parasite as well, hes been hanging around facebook raping her wall with messages and crude remarks all the time, even when i told him to back off, he was just waiting for us to break up, not even been broken up a month and he just 'had' to meet for a friendly drink and shower her with affection Middle Finger

This bloke resembles the retarded bloke from 'The Goonies' the likeness is incredible seriously! Laughing

Problem is that my ex never really had any self-esteem/confidence when i met her, put solely due to her mother running and controlling her life until i came along and showed her the way out.
I know she feels trapped at her mothers, she hates it, but she just won't let me help her.
I feel she just latches on to any sort of affection, she craves it now, and she honestly believes that this new guy is going to all great even though i told her his sole purpose is trying to get into her pants.
Naturally her mother 'loves' her new boyfriend, purely because 'he has a job!' (A personal dig at me for being on JSA and previously a full time Dad).Evil or Very Mad

So really, i need advice, as i feel theres still something there, i can't bear the thought of this dickhead being anywhere near my ex... or anywhere near my child for that matter! Evil or Very Mad

What can i do? Sad

I'll keep this simple, and as we're only hearing your side of the tale i won't be
offering any sympathy.

If you beg. Fail
If you twat new feller. Fail
If you argue in front of daughter. Fail

Stop and realise that in the grand scheme of your life this is a hiccup.
You were once an individual you survived, you may again.
Don't interfere in your ex's new relationship. Your priority is yourself and daughter.
Keep going to work no matter how sick you feel.

Let her decide if the grass is really greener.

Don't propose Laughing

First, lets see a pic of this Lord Chunk, and we'll come up with some good one-liners and photochops for you, to ease the pain.
Second, you might want to break as much contact as you can with her, she's nuts. If she plays you like this now, it'll never end. Until you can be 100% sure it's just the two of you sharing DNA, faggettabatit.

Go out and meet new women. I don't mean start sleeping with random whores for the sake of it, I mean actually finding a nice girl and getting to know her.
Maybe YOU will be able to graze upon that green, green grass and start afresh. The worst that'll happen is you'll realise you still want your ex, which leaves you straight back to where you are now, but at least you tried to get on with your life.

Forget her.
The new guy is most likely doing her up the garry while you are typing this.
Get on with your life and look after your child. Thumbs Up

Women are cunt for this sort of thing, dump you fuck your head up then come back with hint of reconsiliation then fuck off again taken your heart and balls with them. There is only 1 solution, piss of to Turkey burn all your clothes and money then work in a carpet factory till you have enough money to come home. It will make a new man out of you.

Yeah go out on the pull and try to forget about this girl. I bet the second she sees you getting on with life she will be right back to try and get back with you or if this guy truly is a scumbag then she will soon see it.

Something like this happened when me and my ex finished where I wanted her back, and the she said "oh ive slept with 6 blokes since you". This tainted her and I felt nothing when we tried to make a go of things again. Lasted all of 2 days, then she was kicked into touch.

It's never the same when you get back with the girl because you will always remember that she wanted to be with someone else other than you.

You don't need that kind of shit it your life mate.

I see it as a prime time to go out with the lads and have a laugh. Wll hurt for a few months but eventually you'll find some bird and get your willy wet!!!

get a job then and shut her up.

tbh m8 its never an easy thing to advise on but alls i can say is if she really did care about you she wouldnt be 'seeing if the grass is greener on the other side'

you may think she loves you but if shes choosing someone else over you then obviously all isnt as you think it is.

its a harsh truth and life is never that straight forward but its just a recipe for heart ache otherwise.

It's not going to work, she wants to move on, holding on to the hope you'll get back together will do you no good and if you do happen to get back together it'll just be harder for you to move on later when she wants to leave again, just draw a line under it and move on at your own pace...

Don't keep mincing about with the inevitable, it's over so treat it as such, remember your emotions are still raw at this stage and they will be for a while but as with most things it'll get easier with time...

And DON'T take the easy shag option if she comes over again, it's not fair on either of you, put a stop to it now, I don't care wether she does that thing with your ball bag while she tongues your jappa like no one else has, stop it, now...

Voice of experience, take it or leave it but as stated above people very rarely take others advice in matters like this as they think they know best, it's for you to decide but what's been offered here is good advice...

Keep your chins up and good luck to you... Karma

Stay single until you are ready to move on, enjoy the freedom it brings, I've been single for 3 years now, just starting with a lady now, nothing much, the odd coffee, meet up for a chat, going out on the bike soon. nothing big, just tiny steps, able to walk away without feeling bad on either side. We know where we both stand, kids come first at every point. she has had to cancel meet ups at very short notice, but that is ok and she knows it so it doesn't become an issue. As for the ex, she tried the grass on the other side, thought it was sweeter at the time, but now knows the bitter taste of waste. I stand head held up, she scuttles in the shadows.
If it is only a recent split, there may be hope, but after 6 months forget it, although in saying that the new Lady in my life did waste 24 years before coming back. Very Happy

wooooooooeeee! skudd's got himself a girlyfriend.

As a cod psychologist, I notice you mention these key phrases:

nothing much - you really want her, you are simply suppressing your true feelings.

Nothing big - you have a small cock, this is what is holding you back.

tiny steps - you want to impregnate her with your seed so you can be come a house husband*.

Analysis complete.

*For you laymen out there, a house husband means faggot.

a) Shortcut personal experience and listen to all the advice that tells you to close your heart and mind to her and move on.

b) Ignore all advice (which is most likely what you'll do) and learn what others have learned the same way they learned it, the hard way.

I think this is the best advice here.

Man up and look out for you and the wee one, wish her luck and then bang the 5hit out of her as long as you leave your heart out side the bedroom/kitchen/drive way etc.

Or do what so many of us have done before ignore everything you are told, and take the 5hit because its easier to think of the good times and the what if's when you have that few hours of physical love, and then punish yourself when its over.

Repeat the above until you realise that you need to be on your own for a bit to remember who you were before and can then be a better happier person for the next one you let in to the circus of love and fun. Wink

Just ask yourself what would you tell a mate?

Do you wish to do battle on the internet? I warn you, I have the smarts like a casio calculator!

Besides (wo)man, I don't mix with society; I've read too many of Adolf Hetzer's posts to know that trying to talk to people is futile!
