Tried to start my bike this morning no problems starting it, i then left it running for about 2 minutes and had to go back inside to get something, i then tried to re-start the bike now it won't start at all, any ideas what it could be, it just turns over thats it, i even tried to use the choke but nothing.. any ideas what i could do.

Thanks in advance

Also check its not the battery, if you have made alot of short journey's, especially ones with your headlights on them it could well be that the battery has unsufficient charge to spark accross the gaps.

try closing the gaps ony our plugs, if that works then take the bike out for a loooong ride without your lights on.

if its too rich, it could be having trouble burning the oil in the cylinder.
Give it a bump (if you don't know how to, put it in gear, hold clutch in, run til you get some speed and let the clutch out) and that could get things moving Thumbs Up

Though this procedure does carry a high risk of you and bike falling over if you're not used to it... Laughing

No problem, remember, start simple before starting to worry about CDi units etc.

Also remember the three important points to engine combustion!

Arrow Fuel
Arrow Compression
Arrow Spark

If one of these is missing than an engine will fail to start, I know you have it started but next time, check you have fuel in it, check it has a spark if not change the spark plug and retry and also to test compression take the spark plug out and turn the engine over and place your thumb over the spark plug hole if it pushes you thumb off or if you feel pressure then you have compression.

Hmmm, all my experience from this came from an MZ ETZ251 that broke down every week. Laughing
