Sorry but very bland and tacky looking IMO, I agree that the original fairing is nicer.
I rate tyga's products highly, have a few on my bike and plan to add a lot more in the future..
But I really do hate their RC211v replica fairings, they're cumbersome, ugly and just generally badly done in every way.
I wouldn't use Dreamland based on what you've showed us there, the painter doesn't have clue.
Note the random silver features, where the top fairing meets the mid section the and the white and silver paint contrast,
it should follow the ridge evenly but it actually intercepts it.
Ruined yet again with the cheap red mesh in the mid section vent.
I'm sorry to cast such a harsh opinion because I rarely do and I appreciate it's yours and yours only, but I think it's utterly tasteless.
As long as you're happy with it though just ignore any comments here (including mine).

Cheers Shreddie
I never did any of this stuff to the bike, I bought it like that, wasn't done at all to my spec. I like the colour, it looks different to all other bike I see.
I have to say, the quality of the paintwork is crap though. I plan on getting it resprayed at some point, not to sure what though.
I don't like the standard bodywork at all! Maybe I'm to young for the kind of old fashioned bodywork and them kind of shapes. I have grown up around the pointier modern bikes.
I like the RVF's standard bodywork, just not the VFR for some reason. ____________________ Previous - 2004 Aprilia RS50 - 2006 Honda CBR 125 R

You'll soon learn that riding something that looks identical to the most coveted Superbike race replica of modern times, is very cool:
https://www.ps-performanceandtuning.com/UploadImages/MidSize/Honda-RC30-PSPT-02.jpg
The styling is very pure, without any 'pointless' pointy bits there for no reason but artificial styling. It's form follows function and arrestingly beautiful from an engineering perspective. Second only to the Duke 916 for eye candy.
The VFR750R models are 20 years old and still sell for £15k+. A mint VFR400 in original colours will soon be very valuable itself, especially since there are very few tidy ones left. ____________________ Current: Ducati Panigale R / Ducati Streetfighter S / Suzuki GSX-R1000 L5 |

Yeah, maybe I'll come to appreciate the styling of them as I get older because you don't see many bike styled like that now.
Them VFR750's do look good in that pic, lovely and clean but the front mudguard does let them down a little imo, it looks out of place. ____________________ Previous - 2004 Aprilia RS50 - 2006 Honda CBR 125 R

Yeah mate.
Used to work 2 minutes walk away from the shop and they always have something interesting in. Much more interesting than going to a new franchised dealer which won't display anything over 4 years old or 15k miles. They always have stuff like those 250s, mint 400s, a Bimota or two and usually a few nice Dukes too. Beyond my budget but nice to see the purity and build quality of bikes like that. They usually have a fair few late model 600s and 1000s in too and they look decidedly built down to a budget in comparison (despite their fashionable USD forks, compact frames etc).
They've also got a race RG500 and an NR750 at the moment. Beautiful stuff ____________________ Current: Ducati Panigale R / Ducati Streetfighter S / Suzuki GSX-R1000 L5 |
