Hey guys, some of you might remember this thread of mine : link
Well the RHS grip is now faulty, It doesnt work nor does it have continuity. So I assume that the wire has broken where it twists everytime the throttle is opened ?
Any way where do I stand with regards to getting a refund/replacement?
They were bought though ebay, off a company called bikers direct

this is a link to the ebay auction

this is a link to the companys website
I will contact them first thing tomorrow, what should I say ect? Do I have any legal grounds where they must offer a replacement/sort the problem ? or can they simply just tell me to sod off?
Should I mention my test methords and that it appears the wire has broken, ect or just keep quiet ?

Seller says returns accepted, so that's a start. Wouldn't mention testing anything as that might invalidate the warranty (lots of ebay sellers are slippery - not saying these guys are, but it pays to be cautious).

Should just be a straightforward case of them directly replacing the grips, fingers crossed, as they obviously shouldn't have packed up that quickly.

Have you checked all the connections between the grips and the battery?

Just rang them, I said if i box them up and post them back , then they will test them, if they deem them faulty, they will replace free of charge.
