Sickpup stuck on M4

PLEASE can someone help Mr Sickpup????

He's come off on the M4 between Junction 12 & 13 and the bike is in non-rideable condition.

IS ANYONE able to pick him (and the bike) up and take him home? RAC are refusing point blank to recover him.

Highways Agency say he has 2 hrs to get off the motorway, otherwise they will appoint someone to remove him, costing megabucks

Highways Agency have now said they cannot get anyone to recover him.

The most they may be able to do is get him to reading services, after a MINIMUM of 3-4 hours.

I don't live nearby unfortunately, but I hear it's pretty bad down there.

Is there not a local van couriers you can ring, and just get said bike dropped at the services so it's out of the way?

After hanging around on hold for over 45 mins, I managed to get through to the RAC, who are now going to recover him - eventually.
