hello everyone!

I've already posted a bit, but just wanting to do the hello etc....

....I got a free 100cc non geared puegeot speedfight (it needs a bit of work but it was running before sitting in a shed for a few years!)....

....I am going to get it back up and running (and make it as likely to pass mot as possible!) then do my CBT, MOT, tax and insure it and get on the road woooooohoooo! lol

Hi matchett808, hopefully when you get your speedfight going you will get rid of it and get a motorcycle. Wink

Go scoot!

Welcome mate, I only started riding three weeks ago and am already LOVING it! Believe me, on a bike, 50mph seems plenty fast, I haven't had the opportunity to take my baby to 60mph (and don't really want to in this weather...)

Do you drive? If you don't then make sure you bone up on road rules etc, because the CBT mostly skimps on that (or mine did). We covered hazard perception, but not rules about what lanes to be in, what roads are what speeds, etc etc. If you drive then <--- ignore!

As you probably already realise, this is a very friendly forum - reason why I decided to stop here. Oh and 7.67 posts per day = Shocked

Good luck getting the 100 on the road, and safe riding mate!

Nick (wishes he had a free bike Crying or Very sad)

lol, ta Nick, this is turning out to be a bit of a headache, but i will persevere! lol

This is a great forum.....no other point to make on that one but hey! lol

It will be a little while before I go for the CBT but I am determined to get this darn thing running! lol

I have started to learn to drive a couple of years ago (then stopped) lol, but I done my theory last year, but yeah I would be reading up plenty! lol
