my beautiful mint 125 varadero is now not so mint.was coming home from work this morning roads a little bit icey but ok to ride.until i turned onto my estate.there i encounterd the hugest patch of black ice ever.before reaction times cut in.bike was heading towards the ground and decided to slide down the road for around 25 yrds Sad.luckly the milky was there to help me pick up again..Luckly no mager damage apart from scratched fairing broke indicator and bent clutch lever. So pretty lucky i recons.i'm fine and bike was able to ride home.Smile

Glad you're ok. Right pain to scratch up a nice bike. I dropped mine taking it out the garage the second day I had it and broke the mirror. Wasn't happy about that, but what can you do.

Certainly waiting until the ice melts before taking mine out again.

Hopefully yours won't be too expensive to fix.

Hi Fiveus

Sorry to hear about this, I had a Vara 125 and loved it to bits, blown over a few times and thankfully only minor damage - they are tough bikes. I recently traded mine in for a Hornet 600, but I still have two brand new Honda OEM Varadero bar ends and screws if you want them (assuming at least one of yours was knacked in the drop). PM me and let me know.
