Was down at HG today to spend some vouchers on a new lid. Seemed to be loads of people in with the with the same idea too.

did they have any lids reduced ? i need a new lid but didnt think they were open and it didnt mention anything on the website Sad

If you want a reduced lid, get an XR1000, they are all slashed because of the released of the XR1100.

Got mine for £215 which i thought was pretty decent. Had an extra 10% off today only but had loads of ones with money off.

im looking to spend between £100 and £150 and need to get a pinlock ontop of that,

so far like the feel of the AGV K3 and AGV S4 but looking for a bargin ! Very Happy

Had loads of reduced agv's in HG but none that fitted my head nicely.

i sold one for 50 quid. only had it for a day too, sold the bike so had no need for it lol. was black with metalic blue skulls on it :/

Had a google, but didn't get entirely conclusive answers.
I think that one has the sun visor? - I was looking at the cheaper one without and it came in at 1350g; not bad for £200, though the same weight as a non-carbon fibre more expensive Shoei. Seemed to be a fairly good fit for me.

Tried that one on for a good 10 mins as i had had my eye on it for a while but found it rubbed my right ear the wrong way for some reason no matter how much i played with the liner/padding. Also didn't like the look of it so much in the flesh as i had hoped Sad Did like the drop down shades though Cool

Weight on the back was 1400g. I had thought it would have been lighter.

been planning to get a new lid for xmas/winter but for some reason marushin helmets are impossible to find now Sad even online.

have lid prices dropped much over winter? havent been in a bike shop in ages so havent noticed.
