Advice Please

So, im new to this forum. Hi everyone!

First of all i've i started out on some chinese imported scooter (which yes, i hated) as soon as the insurance ran out on than i went to my current bike (honda cbf 125) which i love to bits. I have completed Theory test and Module 1 (Without Training), But my CBT is about to run out in a months time (4th of Feb), so the question is if my CBT runs out will i have to retake my Theory test and/or Module 1. Im asking this because im a bit stuck on money for the training for Module 2.

It sounds to me like you wouldn't have to do it again, if you look at it you've done Module 1 and you had a CBT, therefore you've proven you're allowed to ride a bike and you've passed Module 1/Theory, so I don't think you need to do it again.

As far as I know theory and mod 1 last 2yrs, so you will only need to redo cbt to carry on riding i think, may be wrong but I'm sure you need a valid cbt until you gain full licence to continue riding on road. I'm sure someone who knows for definate will correct me if I'm wrong shortly. Well done with the mod 1 Thumbs Up

module 1 is valid for life of theory test
ie: if your theory test expires so does your module 1
CBT is not affected by this
so if your CBT needs to be resit it will not invalidate your theory/module1

so just to clarify, if i didn't pass my module 2 in time before my CBT ran out, i could just retake my CBT again and pass my test at a later date with my Theory and Module 1 still being Valid?

The mod 1 test pass only being valid for the duration of the theory test is something I only recently found out about.

Your mod 1 test pass will only last 2 years if you passed it right after passing your theory test, wonder how many people will get caught out by this, thinking they'll just resit the theory if it expires before mod 2 is passed.
