Going to be selling the zx6r B1 after xmas (am skint), and bought something cheaper to takes its place!

its a 1999 ZX7R, 17k on the clock, etc etc

Oh and some pics if your interested (its a bit dirty atm, got rainined on for the last 30miles or so, then for about 20miles today, grr!)

back end looks a little old fashioned, i like the look of the twin style shotgun rear lights and undertray, so may invest at some stage, along with a tail tidy to clean things up

Oh and have to remove the little england flags!

Its actually quite comfortable, i picked it up yesterday and rode it the 200miles back to bristol to mothers house (only stop was for fuel), road it back to exeter today, another 100miles with the detour to see my dad and i was suprisingly not aching for any of it. Neck got a little stiff but that was the amount of wind, shitty weather.

I can see what people mean by the weight of these bikes, compared to my zx6r its a beast. Slow moving i found a little clumsy in comparison as well. but im sure ill get used to it and it will make little difference in the end. nice to be back to an analogue tacho too 8)

Cheers

Mike

thanks!

Few things im planning for it, found out today that they come as standard with slipper clutches, just you need to fit some thinner plates to increase the freeplay, and fit some stiffer springs....

so that would be sweet to sort out!

Yeah, i think i would ahve prefered agreen one but this one came up at a great price so i didnt want to let it go!
