Anyone got a 250 for sale?

Been looking for a while now with little luck so thought I would give this a try.

Looking for a four stroke 250, preferably a Honda XR 250 or a Yamaha TTR 250. Obviously the cheaper the better. I'm based in Oxfordshire near Chipping Norton.

Let me know if you have anything lying around you want to get rid of.

EDIT: Also has to be road legal.

Ok, I found a 1992 xr 250 for sale just around the corner from me. 15000km 3 owners. Seller is asking for £850 ono. Is that a good price for such an old bike? Not really sure how well they hold their value. Cheers.

If you dont mind having a bike slightly lower in the seat than the normal 'tall' off roaders - I have a Kawasaki KL250 for sale - £1100 (no offers). Bike is based in Newbury so not too far from you.
Here is the spec

1998 Kawasaki KL250 Super Sherpa.

It is in fantastic condition and is a great bike - very similar to the Yamaha Serow as it has a fairly low seat. Great bike to start off roading with!

Serviced in October 2009.

It has an electric start and a brand new battery - it starts up first time no problem at all. The bike runs and performs perfectly.

Comes with hand guards and rear rack also.

Mileage approx 23,500 but bike is in great condition for it (the majority of this was commuting mileage by the previous owner)

250cc engine.

MOT until July & Tax until May 2010.

This bike also comes with the genuine Kawasaki manual.
