Honda CX650E Project, has V5 & key ?50, Worces

My race career on my NC30 is about to begin. So I need to get rid of my project CX and buy a fazer to commute on if the NC is going to take up race duties.

It used to belong to my neighbour (V5 is still in his name but he will be present at time of sale to sign it over to the buyer). Its a B reg, 22,352 miles on the clock. It has General surface rust with the worst of it being on the fork tubes, the seat gone hard and cracked.

Im pretty sure all parts for this bike are present barring a few indicator lenses and a front brake lever.

What I reckon needs doing to finish:
LH rear indicator Lens
LH front indicator Lens
New Cables (clutch,throttle, choke, tach)
Battery
Carb Cleanout
Ignition Barrel
Front and Rear Brake Overhaul
New Front M/C (or work out how to patch hole in sight glass cus the old one still works)
Unstick Clutch plates

The engine has oil in it. Due to a seized ignition barrel - I dont know if it turns over but I suspect its fine. I shone a torch down the plug holes and it looks fine down there (put some oil down for good measure) so no water has gotten in.

£50 quid on its own.
£80 - Includes cost of new battery (on trickle charger until fitted) and my new set of plugs - might try and fit them and see if it turns over and sparks. Will update here if I do.
