Joyriding then burning it out
Put a non stolen (cloned) plate on it and riding it about
Breaking it up for spares
Exporting (if it's tasty)
Ringing (buying a smashed up one from a breakers and swaping the details over with the stolen one.)

Theres was a place near me that used to do bike salvage till it was raided and shut down.

It was found they would get a damaged bike in. Get the same model stolen to order then swap the bits from the stolen to the damaged bike making it like new then sell it on. Then they would cut up and sell the stolen frames to the local scrap metal yards.

Glad he got caught he sounds like scum. Reason im asking is a m8s cg got knicked. I can understand a gsxr being stolen as the parts must be quite pricy but for a cg it sounds like a lot of work.

Yup, had my first bike stolen, its kinda enduro looking and was a bit bashed up.
But they literally used it to skid across fields on.. smash the petrol cap off, rig the ignition...just re-fill petrol and ride about.

Sounds like scummy pikey's on the rob when they're bored.

If anyone was despreate enough to nick a CG, there's old one's dotted abuot and the newer one's are conveniently available at any local riding school.

you can get more money for bike in parts than for an hole bike..

i know people will brake there bike for better money than sell in hole, the same in cars.

my mate brakes his cars than sell it on , more hassle but its all about the ££££££££££

hmmmmmmmmmmm let me think why do people steel bikes and cars?

think its because they get a slap on the wrist if plod actually catches them and if they are very naughty they sometimes have to go to jail for a few weeks.

like most crime in this fooked up country its a case of big gain for little pain Thumbs Down

strikes me if they just shot these C***S this crime would disappear in a week or two. Twisted Evil

or better still put them on the front line in afghanistan looking for I. E. D's .

only joking
just giving the anal retentive types on here something to get there teeth into Laughing
