You could call it custom yea.
It's a KLX110 road legal pit bike. With a Yammy TZR125 2RK engine stuffed up it.

I've retro fitted a 4DL powervalve servo and pulley to it. Took a bit of drilling and tapping the barrel to get it to sit right etc. But it's all there.

Running a Delly PHBH28 RS125 carb, And a custom made Big-One exhaust.

ALOT of dosh has gone into it. It's a bit of an RS125 eater.

Happy Birthday Ossy. Are you local to Medway (kent)?

And Durkiee, on your TZR, What power valve arrangement have you got going?

Is it open or closed? Or have you got a servo fitted.

If it's servo-less, I can give you details of a cheap way to run a functional electric servo on the 2RK engines.

As you may well know, The early 2RK TZR ran a 2 piece powervalve servo setup.

It had a servo box, And it had a separate control box.

The control boxes are as a rare as rocking horse shite, And the servo wont work without it.

If you get yourself a 4DL servo, It has 4 wires. 3 wires in a connector block, And the single black/yellow signal wire.

These can be wired into the 2RK loom quite easily. You will need to mod the pulley housing, but other than that. It's almost a straight fit.
