Yup got my baby Dero out today for a nice long blast, first proper ride in weeks and boy did I enjoy it picked some bits up for her indoors and had a blast. Really pleased with the bike after her standing so long in the garage, bit sluggish the first mile or so but once she had some fresh go go juice and got opened up she was ace. I'm hoping no more real bad weather so I can start using her for work again instead of being stuck on the tube like a sardine!!

As I headed out in the car and saw how sunny it was I immediately regretted not getting the bike out.

I regretted it less when it starting pissing down five minutes later.

Are you me?! I used the same excuse to check my verydearo was OK and no problems from the salt over Christmas - it's great when she just starts and runs without a problem Smile

Also back commuting tomorrow Smile

Lol... yer I'd be back commuting but my tube pass is valid till the end of the month, I bought a monthly as its cheaper and I thought the weather would be bad until end of January to be honest. Yup you gotta love the Dero for reliability, mines been sat in the garage since the end of November and fired up with no problems at all, I dont mind cold or wet but find the snow and ice'y roads a bit beyond my skill level so would rather play it safe.

Luckily, I've been at work today, so only got to ride 60 miles or so. If the studio where I worked had windows, I might have felt I'd missed out on something.
