In Google Chrome. If the germans need to act so do we.

Posting URLs is not as easy as IE!

Soooooooooooooooo if I have been using (and liking) Firefox for a couple of years now, you are saying that I shouldn't attempt to install Google Chrome? That its not worth the effort of changing?

Firefox used to be good but it ain't no more.

If you like simple, clean computers, then Chrome is perfect for you. If you want a cluttered workspace then go right ahead and use IE/FF.

Can you block ads and flash in Chrome? I'm hooked on my addons in Firefox, it'll take a lot to make me want to give it up now.

I can't say that I've had any problems with it (aside from proxy requests on the office network but that's not Chrome's fault) and I've been running it since it was first available.
TBH IE's flaws have been well known for a number of years - and there really isn't any need to be using it nowadays.

Edit: @The Shaggy D.A. - Flash ads don't really bother me so I haven't really looked into this, but a quick Google resulted in https://userscripts.org/scripts/show/46673 Thumbs Up

No need to. It probably can't even run them to begin with. Wink Unless they are plain text ads.

I only use IE at work, frickin dinosaurs.
I dare not download FF onto my work computer, LOL

At home I am very fond of FF and do not mind clutter.
My mind is so full of irrationalities, inanities and assorted pointless nonsense its as good as cluttered anyway.

I use Flashblock for chrome. Does exactly the same job. Blocks all flash unless you click it and you can set it to permanently accept flash like on youtube etc.

Only when I want youtube movie to download in better quality, I open IE, delete temp files, play the youtube movie, and find the movie file in temp files.

Cheers for the suggestion, however, upon looking into it I just found out you can get Adblock for Chrome! Very Happy

Works perfectly.
