I walked past a local brothel today and this sign caught my eye. I could not resist taking a photo, I only took one as I felt rather self conscious standing outside a knocking shop with a camera.

Thinking about it the no hat rule makes sense. I bet they have CCTV behind that door and want a good view of who has been there in case any of the girls get hurt.
Spotting brothels is easy, they have a large sign outside.

OBVIOUSLY the No hats rule is so you can see their faces, so if they rob ya, you can give a better description.

I once sent someone packing cos he would not take off his shades when I asked him to do so at the front door.

He stared at me very hard as I requested him to do so, tried to stare me down, but I would not let him in, so he turned on his heel and walked out without even a word. VERY scary moment.

The only people allowed to keep their headgear on are sikhs.

They DO shag with those things still on.
(so I am told by a lady who was chased around the bedroom Benny-Hill stylee by a sikh who wanted more than his money's worth)

Of course the girls safety is of paramount importance so the hat rule makes sense as does the no drug rule but I bet there is a fair amount of gear circulating in the trade. Bloody funny sign though.

Even after that law was passed, we figured it was pointless trying to get the girls to stick to it, it was enough to be breaking the law by being in a brothel, might as well let 'em smoke in the work place, LOL

That remark, Wali, about taking a photo, you want to be careful, owners of them gaffs are HORRENDOUSLY paranoid.

My guvnor was once getting anxious about a man standing outside photographing the flat from across the street. She reckoned he had been there almost week before she proper "noticed" him, and was building herself up a right old head of steam about who it was (her enemies, the police, News of the World) ...

She even had me freaking out (which mainly involved wearing more make-up in case it was the News of the World, I didn't want to look like a minger if I was splashed all over the front cover, LOL)

Poor bugger, she confronted him eventually, and said "Who the fuck are you, and why are you photographing my flat?"

He tried to tell her he was from the council, but she chased him up the street, threatening to break his camera, LOL

Turns out he was taking photos of tickets he had put on cars. For some reason he didn't have a uniform (maybe Redbridge didn't have uniforms in those days, I dunno). There was a parking space in front of her flat (mostly which the employees of the bakery downstairs) but sometimes people parked illegally on the street just beyond the parking space, so traffic wardens were regularly on the street ticketing the cars.

It was right at the time when wardens had started to photograph tickets in situ on windscreens due to people saying "I never received it/there was no ticket on my windscreen" to try and get out of paying them.

I think it is sad that in what is otherwise a fairly sexually liberated age prostitution is illegal. My gay friends can get married but a girl is not free to sell pussy legally and has to put herself at risk working on the fringes without the protection of the law.

I think its partly to protect society in not allowing an easy way for husbands to cheat, so stable homelife for kids, so they arent on the streets making a nusiance of themselves.

Well thats how I'd justify prostitution being illegal anyway.

Gay blokes dont actually harm society other than spreading disease, which come to think of it, is quite bad, but it's not like they are all diseased.

I can remember working in Luton in Aug 2008. The local whore house was frequented so much by one of the guys he was actually getting freebies.
