Which do you prefer and why?

Looking at getting some and can't think of any reason to go for one and not the other. had regular before but now seen some nice new ones for this year which are short Smile

Cheers.. Question

Regular length as when you sit on the bike you don't get that Geography Teacher trouser leg thing going on where the cuff is no where near the ankle...

I think when it comes to leather the shorter the better really...I have a pair of these for summer motorcycling...

Quite bracing feeling the wind whistle around your legs as you cruise down the high street absorbing the admiring glances of pedestrians.

Which is exactly my point, if you've got short legs and you buy short length trousers you get the teacher effect everytime you sit down, regular length stops that as they're slightly longer...Suppose it just depends on wether you like a bit of extra material around your ankles, but, meh, it's down to the wearers preference...

Depends on the boots you wear too - if you've got army style boots or similar and have the leathers going over the boots, long may well work better, while if you're wearing big race boots, shorter will probably make more sense.
As ever, fit is important for protection, so try on first Thumbs Up.
