They do have a warranty, but it requires you to have saved the box bit with all the info on and a receipt.
Got one of my zips replaced when it broke. Took 2 weeks after taking it back to the store.
Since then one of my tags snapped off.
Quick fix.
Large paper clip or a keyring attached to the zip fastener.
