Grr Bar ends Grr!

I got the left one off no problem but the right one is a right pain in the arse. It just won't budge, either the whole bar end spins or nothing spins.

I don't know if this is a common problem or not, they both came off really easily on my last bike.

Anyone got any tips or anything?

They should be threadlocked, so that might be why they're being stubborn.
