I take mine to a paki car MOT garage that does it in 2 minutes for a fiver may be worth trying this if you can't be arsed to do it yourself ____________________ Doug97 wrote: Fuck you, what they did was awesome. having used them before on car tyres,use a mushroom type plug,you will need a drill bit to make the hole the right size for the stem of the mushroom plug (dont make it too big) and some vulcanising solution (patch adhesive).they are pretty easy to do.You drill out the tyre to the specific size,buff the inner surface of the tyre (where the mushroom will make contact) clean this off with a de-greaser,apply the adhesive to the stem and contact area of the plug and pull the mushroom through from the inside out pulling it into close contact with the inner face of the tyre.........this is a 100% premanent fix.......... ____________________ 1990 jc20 nsr125-sold,2003 cg 125-sold currently no bike.........might get another 2 stroke me thinks much more fun |
