Someone came past me quite fast and smoothly at Snetterton some years ago with one arm on the tank - I felt I was pushing so seemed he was just taking the piss at my lack of ability!
Turns out he was a racer who had lost the use of one arm, so left was kept strapped to his chest.

have looked into this before for on the track but they only seem availibly across the pond and aint cheap

Sorry if this sounds stupid or naive but if somebody is paralysed from the chest down and their legs come off the pegs while riding how exactly would they get them back on? Or would they even feel them come off? Does paralysis include loss of feeling? I have really gruesome images in my head of somebodies feet scraping along the floor at speed and them not even noticing

Sorry again if that's a stupid question.

That is seriously awesome and he deserves uber kudos. One thing that crossed my mind was if you had to do an emergency stop, would the stabilisers come down quick enough.
