Hello farrell3990 as this bike being a moped the way to de restrict it is by removing the washer that is located in the variator (the bulky bit on the left hand side of your bike at the back wheel), there could also be a jet restrictor in the carb (this will need to be looked up for your particular model of bike as not all come with this) and finally your exhaust has 2 restrictors inside it this can be solved by getting an experienced bike mechanic to do as this is very tricky another solution would be to just buy a sports exhaust and upgrade the rollers to match the exhaust, think the best combo for sports exhaust is the 5mg ones thats what i use in mine anyway.
I would be very careful though when de-restricting a moped, we all do it but if caught doing more than your bike is legally documented down as you will be in for a bollocking, but this depends also on what the laws are where you live, if in the UK then yes you would get spanked im afraid, so just be wary when driving around haha
