its not a difficult job, its just fiddly depending on the layout of the bike.
essentially, all you do is find vacuum feeds to all 4 cylinders and connect them to the gauge. (where these are entirely depends on the bike - https://www.carbtune.co.uk/yourbike.htm gives a run through of a few bikes) then adjust the vacuum to each cylinder until they're practically the same. blip the throttle and let it settle, re check - job done
the fiddly bit comes in the strip down (tank, side panels, seat and whatever else the manufacturer puts in your way) then hooking up some kind remote fuel tank. then working out how to access the really hard to get to screw with a tool.
i recommend the morgan carb tune over davida gauges i've used.
